Terms of Service

By installing, configuring or using Arthimo (operated by , registration ) you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

1. What Arthimo does

Arthimo is a SaaS platform that generates and maintains a native mobile app (iOS and Android) connected to your Shopify store. The app enables optimized browsing, push notifications, promotional banners and exclusive coupons.

2. Account and merchant responsibility

• You are responsible for keeping access credentials secure.
• You warrant you have the right to operate the connected Shopify store.
• You are the controller of your end customers' data. Arthimo acts as processor.
• You are responsible for content (products, copy, images) displayed in the app — all content comes from your Shopify.

3. Plans and billing

Arthimo is offered in scaled monthly plans:

• Starter: $59/month — up to 500 monthly app sales
• Growth: $99/month — up to 2,000 monthly app sales
• Scale: $199/month — up to 10,000 monthly app sales
• Custom: individually negotiated above 10,000 sales

Billing via Shopify Billing API — appears on your monthly Shopify invoice. All prices in USD. 14-day free trial on first install.

Optional one-time setup fee may be charged on activation, communicated beforehand via email.

When you exceed your plan's sales limit for 2 consecutive months, we suggest automatic upgrade — you decide whether to accept.

4. Cancellation

• You can cancel anytime by uninstalling the app in Shopify admin.
• Cancellation is effective immediately; no fees or lock-in.
• Pro-rata: you only pay for days used in the current month.
• 48h after uninstall, all your data is deleted (per Shopify shop/redact policy). Back up beforehand if you want to keep history.

5. Service availability

Arthimo strives to keep the service available 24/7 but does not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated 48h in advance. For extended downtime (> 8h in current month), pro-rata credits may be offered case-by-case.

6. Intellectual property

• Arthimo retains all rights to the platform's code, design and brand.
• You retain all rights to data, products and content you upload to your Shopify store.
• The mobile app distributed on Apple/Google stores carries your store's branding (not Arthimo's), as chosen in your configuration.

7. Limitations of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arthimo is not responsible for:

• Indirect or consequential losses (lost profits, lost customers, moral damages).
• Downtime of Shopify, Apple App Store, Google Play, or third-party infrastructure providers.
• Content generated by you or your end customers.

In any case, Arthimo's total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

8. Suspension and termination by us

We may suspend or terminate your account if we identify:

• Fraudulent, abusive or illegal use
• Breach of these Terms not cured within 10 days of notice
• Payment default exceeding 30 days
• Court order or regulatory requirement

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes are communicated by email to merchants with at least 30 days advance notice. Continued use after the effective date implies acceptance.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of . Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, waiving any other forum.
